Nintendo only replaces games manufactured by Nintendo. The name of the company will be printed on the Game Disc and box. If the game was made by a company other than Nintendo, use our Licensee Directory to find the company's phone number and address.
If the Game Disc was made directly by Nintendo, please review our disc replacement policy. It is unlikely cracked or damaged discs will be covered under warranty. You must supply both the damaged disc and proof of purchase to qualify for our replacement program.
Game Boy Advance Game Pak Repair
Servicing options will depend upon who made the game. The name of the company appears on the box and the label of the game.

If you have purchased your game new (not previously-played or used) within the last 90 days, you must be able to provide the defective item and proof of purchase. Please check the warranty text ( U.S. / Canada) to make sure you qualify for warranty coverage for your game.
If you wish to get your Game Pak repaired or replaced and your Game Pak was made directly by Nintendo, please call (800) 255-3700 to discuss the available repair options.
Nintendo DS Game Card Repair

If you have purchased your game new (not previously-played or used) within the last 90 days, Nintendo will attempt to provide a replacement Game Pak for games made by Nintendo.

Repairs beyond the warranty period are limited to cleaning only.
